The Late Partha Sarathi Dutta Memorial Open Carrom Tournament organised by the Geetali Socio Cultural Organisation of Laban concluded today.
In the Single Round, R. Sarkar emerged as the winner and Deepak Seva, was the runner up. Vivek War and partner won in the Doubles Round while P. Warjri and partner settled in as runners up.
The Slam Cash Award was received by Rajiv Dey.
Meanwhile, the Late Mohon Sen Memorial Intra Club Carrom Tournament – 2023 was also played amongst members of the organisation last week.
Rajat Nag emerged the winner in the Single Round while Sudip Purkayastha and Biswaroop won in the Doubles Round.
The Senior Most Player award was given to Sudip Purkayastha.
The prize distribution ceremony was attended by patron of the club, Kamanamoy Deb as guest in the presence of Sapna Dutta, wife of Late P. S. Dutta, executive and other members of the club.
