Vigilance Awareness Week on the theme ‘Corruption Free India for a Developed Nation’ of the Border Security Force (BSF) Meghalaya concluded today at the BSF Senior Secondary School, Umpling.
BSF Meghalaya IG, Inderjit Singh Rana who attended the event motivated students and appreciated their participation in various programmes organised during the week-long observation.
During the week, poster making, essay writing and debate competitions on the topic were organised in which all the students participated enthusiastically and expressed their heartfelt views on the prevailing condition of corruption in the country.
Prizes were also given to winners of the competitions and the integrity pledge was also taken by students in the presence of the Principal of the school, Abha Sharma.
