The East Khasi Hills Deputy Commissioner has declared that all bonded warehouses, IMFL off licence shops, bars, hotels, clubs, canteens and outstills in Greater Shillong will remain closed until at least May 17.
However, home delivery will continue to be permitted for wine shops that possess home delivery licences and which obtain valid passes issued by the DC.
