Bethany Hospital, Shillong, is breaking barriers and providing a new ray of light for couples struggling with infertility, with the successful delivery of the third baby conceived through In-Vitro Fertilization (IVF).
The procedure was conducted within the hospital’s Centre for Reproductive Medicine for a couple facing infertility.
Bethany Hospital spokesperson, Dr. Kyntiewlang Sanmiet informed that from the initial stages of egg retrieval to the delicate procedures of embryo culture, transfer and ongoing pregnancy monitoring, the hospital provided comprehensive support and personalized care.
