In a further relaxation of Covid-19 restrictions, bars and other liquor establishments have been allowed to stay open for longer in East Khasi Hills.
In a notification issued by the Deputy Commissioner today, wine shops will be allowed to operate from 10am to 9pm Monday to Saturday. Licensed alcohol home delivery operations can run from 10am to 10pm Monday to Saturday. Bars and other IMFL on licence outlets can open from 1pm to 10pm daily. Bonded warehouses can operate from 10am to 6pm Monday to Saturday. Canteens and outstills can open from 10am to 8pm Monday to Saturday.
