The A’chik Organisation for Social Welfare (AOSW) held its executive meeting on March 18 and has chosen new office bearers.
All of them promised “to serve the people of Garo Hills selflessly irrespective of any colour, religion and dialects therein,” an AOSW press release said today.
The organisation will be led by its president Gripping B Marak, vice-president and publicity secretary Thambu Marak, general secretary and social welfare secretary Premiar N Sangma, RTI secretary Nathaniel Momin, joint secretary Prebias Sangma, finance secretary Kakan Sangma, chief organising secretary Banty Marak, environment secretary Walsrang Momin and cultural secretary Tandith Marak.
