All schools in the state availing PM Poshan scheme have been directed to start reporting daily and monthly meals served to children, including attendance through the TIMS mobile app.
According to an order passed on June 6, all concerned headmaster, principal and nodal teacher have been asked to report meals exclusively through the app.
“Failure of daily reporting shall lead to action by the department,” the order signed by Director School Education & Literacy, Swapnil Tembe said.
The order said schools have to submit their daily PM Poshan report and daily attendance before 5 pm every day.
As per the records of the department, there are a total of 10,860 schools covered under the scheme in the state. Till today, 2382 schools submitted their report with 14, 1823 meals served.
