A history-sheeter was caught by the public while selling drugs at Police Point, Laitumkhrah.
According to police the Anti-Narcotics Task Force (ANTF) responded to the information from the alert public and arrested.
Police have not revealed his name but said 10 vials containing Heroin weighing 10.97 gms, a black polythene containing 35 empty vials, a mobile phone and cash Rs 6310 was recovered from his possession.
