The three-day festival called ‘Summer Carnival Shillong 23’ organised by [24]7.ai concluded today at its office at Shillong Technology Park, Mawdiangdiang, New Shillong.
[24]7.ai hosts various events and activities to keep employees engaged and encourage bonding, making it a great place to work.
The festival brought over 240 employees and their families together for team-building games, passion clubs, and various activities such as photography, cooking, artistry, and gaming.
The company also introduced a culture discovery programme called ‘ERUT LUC’, which aimed to generate excitement among employees and emphasise the importance of a positive, inclusive, and safe company culture.
The company also organises quarterly Circle of Excellence awards to recognise and reward the best-performing employees and their hard work.
Year-long festive celebrations promote work-life balance and a fun-filled work environment by celebrating various national and local festivals of Meghalaya.
Partner community integration is also an important aspect of [24]7.ai’s culture, with a special event dedicated to cab drivers and security escorts to recognize their hard work and contribution to employee safety.
