A one-day awareness programme on neighbourhood youth parliament was organised by the Nehru Yuva Kendra Sangathan for students of Little Angel Secondary School in Lapalang.
The resource persons at the programme spoke about the importance of cleanliness in the community and the importance of good hygiene and health. Topics on youth activities to inspire youth to engage in nation building and voluntary actin as responsible citizens of the country were shared with the students.
Principal of the school and teachers were also present at the programme.
