The Border Security Force (BSF) Meghalaya has initiated Vigilance Awareness Week, which will run from October 31 to November 6 on the theme ‘Corruption Free India for a Developed Nation’.
The observance of the week commenced with the vigilance pledge by Inspector General Inderjit Singh Rana. While administering the pledge, he said that the objective of this week is to reaffirm the force’s commitment to fight against unethical practices, violation of procedures and corruption at workplaces.
All the staff of the BSF Meghalaya took a pledge to bring about integrity and transparency in all spheres, work for eradication of corruption, bring pride to the organisation through collective efforts and provide value-based service to the citizenry.
