Four suspected drug traffickers were arrested by the Anti Narcotic Task Force in East Khasi Hills and West Jaiñtia Hills district today.
East Khasi Hills police said two persons were arrested with 156.12 gms of heroin. Two mobile phones, a vehicle and cash Rs 1. 28 lakhs were also seized from the accused.
In West Jaiñtia Hills, the police team arrested two persons from Jowai and seized 03.28 grams of heroin packed in tobacco containers.
Police also seized a mobile set and two syringes (one with broken needle and a new one.)
