The Warjri Clan has strengthened its units at Pyndeng Nongbri and Manai in the run-up to the general convention of the clan at Sohryngkham to be held this year-end.
At Manai the clan confirmed Korman Warjri as president, Ribesstar Warjri as secretary, Phlarsing Warjri as vice president other office bearers beside 25 executive members.
The eldest members of the clan from the unit were felicitated on the occasion.
In Pyndeng Nongbri unit Marbelstar Warjri was confirmed as president, Pynshailang Warjri as secretary, Boksing Warjri and Tairos Warjri as vice presidents and others, including 22 executive members.
The unit felicitated meritorious students who bagged first division in the SSLC and HSSLC examinations 2021.
Altogether, there are twenty-nine units of the Warjri clan all over Khasi and Jaiñtia Hills.
