The leaders of the Garo Student Union’s Byrnihat circle lodged a complaint at the office of the Deputy Commissioner against the manager of a private company accusing him of sexual abuse against female employees of the company, Orient Health Food in Rajabagan, Byrnihat.
It is not known whether the GSU has filed a complaint, however.
In the complaint to the DC, the GSU also claimed that the company has violated the Child Labour Prohibition Act 1986 by employing children in the company under the ages 12.
