ICICI Bank’s Nongpoh branch today contributed 20 oxygen concentrators to the District Medical and Health Office of Ri-Bhoi to fight the Covid-19 pandemic.
The donation was made as part of the bank’s corporate social responsibility scheme and the handover was done in the presence of Deputy Commissioner RM Kurbah, ICICI branch manager Tek Tamang and others.
Two concentrators each will be sent to Byrnihat, Umden, Marngar, Mawlasnai, Mawhati, Umtrai and Warmawsaw primary health centres, while Umsning and Patharkhmah community health centres will get three each.
