Two dead bodies are awaiting collection by family members, the Joint Director of Health Services at Shillong Civil Hospital informed today.
One GK Thapa (45) from Lawmali, near Ganesh Das Hospital, was admitted on June 23 and died yesterday morning.
One Sunil Murmur (50) of Kokrajhar was admitted to the hospital yesterday evening and passed away in the wee hours of today.
Relatives of the deceased have been requested to claim the bodies from the hospital morgue immediately, failing which they will be disposed of by the Shillong Municipal Board.
