Chief Secretary, MS Rao, accompanied by Director of Community and Rural Development, SC Sadhu, held a review meeting with the Deputy Commissioners, Block Development Officers and other officials of East and North Garo Hills at the Williamnagar Circuit House yesterday.
Highlighting the implementation of various centrally and state-sponsored schemes, both the Deputy Commissioners of East and North Garo Hills delivered presentations relating to the Jal Jeevan Mission, Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana, status of Aadhaar enrollment, digital connectivity and land acquisition of their respective districts.
During the review meeting, both the Deputy Commissioners also apprised Rao of the grievances being faced in their respective districts.
