Shillong, Sep 15: Police have issued a hue and cry notice seeking identification of an unknown male body found in a decomposed state near Wah Khyllem river at Umsaw Mawjynrong, Dong Umladew, East Khasi Hills on September 13.
The deceased, estimated to be about 5.8 ft tall and wearing black underwear, has been kept at the Civil Hospital morgue, Shillong, after post-mortem examination on September 14.
