Shillong, Aug 23: Don Bosco College, Byndihati felicitated 84 graduating students during its Graduation Day celebration held at the college campus.
Rajya Sabha MP James PK Sangma was the chief guest on the occasion in the presence of Principal Fr Daniel Dabitlang M Cajee and other dignitaries.
Congratulating the graduates, Sangma encouraged them to work hard, stay dedicated in their studies and face all challenges to achieve their goals. In his presidential address, he also highlighted the aim of the government to uplift education in the state.
The celebration was marked by distribution of certificates, traditional songs and dances by students, and a special performance by the Don Bosco College choir.
