Shillong, Mar 6: As part of the celebrations leading up to International Women’s Day, an art therapy workshop was held today at Dei-Maya, Malki.
Organised by NEEPCO in collaboration with the NEEPCO Women Welfare Association, WIPS (NEEPCO), and Dei-Maya the workshop served as an enriching platform for women to come together and celebrate their creativity and well-being.
Themed, “Give to Gain,” the session facilitated by art therapist Maya Ika Lamar, encouraged participants to reflect on the strength, care and contributions that women bring to their families, workplaces and communities, while also recognizing the importance of self-growth and balance.
