Shillong, Aug 24: The Meghalaya branch of the Youth Hostel Association of India (YHAI) celebrated its 114th Founders Day yesterday.
The event was attended by distinguished guests, including Maraumi Goswami, national observer and chairperson of YHAI Assam. ED Nongsiang, chairman of YHAI Meghalaya, was also present.
During the celebration, speakers highlighted various programs under YHAI Meghalaya, including trekking, caving and other activities. The event also featured a drawing competition, with prizes awarded to the winners.
