The West Garo Hills District Maternal and Child Health Officer, Dr Ivonne M Sangma, informed today that the first phase of Covid-19 vaccination for medical officers and staff is almost complete and the district is about to begin the second phase, where police and paramilitary forces in the district will receive their first dosage. As a result, the authorities will have to identify all the police and paramilitary recipients beforehand.
