After being left out in the cold in the current cabinet formation, PDF leader and former minister Banteidor Lyngdoh claimed that his party decided not to be in the cabinet and wanted to only support the government.
Speaking to media persons, Lyngdoh stated that the PDF has not been excluded from the cabinet but the party had opted to be left out.
“We will continue to support the government especially after seeing the perception of the people. By supporting the government it is also easier for us to raise issues especially at coalition meetings,” he added.
