Mawkyrwat, Sep 26: A vehicle belonging to Ferdinand Syiemiong, Acting Syiem of Nobosohphoh Syiemship, was set on fire while parked near the road in Rangblang village, South West Khasi Hills, on the night of September 25.
This is not the first time Syiemiong’s vehicle has been targeted. Previously, the windows were broken and now the vehicle has been completely burnt.
Saddened by the incident, Syiemiong urged those responsible to come forward and explain their actions. He questioned whether he had done anything wrong to warrant such acts.
