PHE Minister and Mawkyrwat MLA Renikton Lyngoh Tongkhar yesterday inspected the road at Nongsynrieh, South West Khasi Hills, in preparation for the youth assembly of the KJP Synod Sepngi schedule for February 2022.
Tongkhar said that the inspection is to prepare for all the requirements for the upcoming youth assembly of the KJP Synod especially concerning roads and parking.
The minister has also urged the people of Nongsynrieh village and adjacent villages to give their full cooperation to make the assembly a success.
During the inspection, Tongkhar was accompanied by the EE of the PWD South West Khasi Hills, M. Mawroh, SDO PWD Mawsaw Division, Charlin Wanniang, SDO PHE Mawsynram Sub-Division, K. Nongbsaw, in the presence of the Pastor of the Nongsynrieh Presbytery, Rev. B Thangkhiew, and other church elders.
