Supercross, a thrilling form of motorcycle racing, features off-road bikes competing on specially designed dirt tracks filled with steep jumps, technical obstacles, berms, and rhythm sections. The Bhoirymbong track, approximately 750 metres in length, has been designed to include multiple jumps, a table-top section, whoops and fast berms, ensuring both technical challenge for riders and a spectacular viewing experience for spectators.
The Shillong round will serve as a crucial platform for riders, including emerging talents from Meghalaya, to showcase their skills at a national level while inspiring the next generation of motorsports enthusiasts in the region. The state’s Banteilang Jyrwa was the champion of the ‘Indian Experts’ class in 2025.
