The Shooting Association of Meghalaya has begun its preparations for selecting the team that will represent the state at the National Games 2027, which Meghalaya will host.
Shooters from the ages of 13 to 50 from Ri-Bhoi, Jaintia Hills and East Khasi Hills took part in a team prep event on Saturday, with those from West Garo Hills and North Garo Hills participating on Sunday.
Meanwhile, the 10th Meghalaya State Shooting Championship 2025 will begin on Monday at the Assam Regimental Centre. It will conclude on July 20.
