Shillong will host the 34th annual conference of the Indian Society of Paediatric Neurosurgery, which is being organised by the Shillong Neuro Club.
The three-day conference will commence on February 29.
Dr Bernard T Lyngdoh Ryntathiang, the organising chairman of the conference, informed that neurosurgeons from all over the country and abroad will converge here to exchange knowledge, interact and share their experiences. In keeping with the theme for this year’s conference, ‘Controversies in Paediatric Neurosurgery’, many paediatric neurosurgical disorders and their management will be discussed.
Younger neurosurgeons, with particular interest in paediatric neurosurgery, will have the opportunity to meet the pioneers in this field.
