A three-day programme was organised by the Information and Career Guidance Cell of Shillong College which concluded yesterday.
The event ran from March 1 to 3.
College principal E Kharkongor emphasised that skill development and training is an integral part of learning for students.
Fr Paul Pudessery, director of the Association for Social Advancement, was the resource person. He emphasised that interview skills and CV writing are critical for one’s ability to execute plans and achieve goals.
Such skills will enhance self-esteem, confidence and leadership qualities, he added.
