Shillong, Feb 2: Sutnga-Saipung MLA Santa Mary Shylla conducted a day-long inspection of ongoing and completed projects in the Sumer area, focusing on road connectivity, healthcare and infrastructure.
Projects inspected include the Sutnga-Sumer road, Samasi Market, Pala Health Sub-Centre and Digital Library. Concerns were raised about road quality and drainage.
Shylla urged contractors to ensure quality work, while officials were directed to expedite pending projects. The inspection aimed to review progress and address public concerns.
