Shillong, Sep 4: The Regional Process Lab (RPL) for State Master Trainers under the Aadi Karmayogi Abhiyan is underway at the Institute of Hotel Management, Shillong.
The week-long programme, running from September 1 to 7, brings together representatives from the four North Eastern states of Meghalaya, Manipur, Arunachal Pradesh, and Tripura.
Organised by the Ministry of Tribal Affairs (MoTA) in collaboration with the Bharat Rural Livelihood Foundation (BRLF), the RPL marks a critical step in building capacity at the grassroots level for effective implementation of the a mission-driven cadre for tribal development
The RPL training is designed to build core competencies among the State Master Trainers, with a focus on ethics and values, goald setting and team building, handling real-time scenarios, learning and insights from the field, theory of change and convergence planning and public management and role of Aadi Karmayogis.
The programme aims to equip trainers to lead transformation efforts aligned with the Viksit Bharat 2047 vision, with a strong emphasis on enhanced service delivery at the grassroots level.
The RPL serves as a platform to strengthen collaboration among participating states and drive forward the mission of empowering tribal communities through structured capacity-building and visionary leadership.
