With the aim to enhance road safety and mitigate road crash casualties, Reliance Industries Ltd (RIL) executed its 35th Road Safety Campaign from January 11 to 31, spanning across the North East Circle.
The comprehensive awareness programme engaged in several road safety activities, including banner hosting, poster pasting and badge ceremonies, which were conducted across all 13 Jio centres. The strategic locations for this campaign included Shillong, Dimapur, Kohima, Dharmanagar, Pasighat and Aizawl.
The primary objective of the campaign was to elevate awareness and instill a sense of responsibility regarding road safety among a diverse group of individuals, ranging from grassroots level workers to skilled technicians, engineers, and top-level management within the North East Circle, a press release said today.
