Shillong, Aug 24: The Jaiñtia Students’ Movement (JSM) has called upon residents of Laskeiñ block and surrounding areas to attend a public meeting on August 30 at the Mukhap football field in Laskeiñ block to unite the community in demanding a civil sub-division for Laskeiñ from the state government.
According to JSM president Leningstar Rymbai, the creation of a civil sub-division will bring about better administration and public convenience.
