The workshop was held on April 9 which was attended by trainers from the reputed Lufthansa Group and various other multinational organizations joining in from across the world. Twenty-five selected faculty members from academic institutes around the state were trained in the methodology that allows rapid ideation and prototyping of new ideas, business models and concepts.
PRIME program head, Flo Oberhofer welcomed the participants of the workshop which was followed by an introductory session by the Impact Week team who were present physically and virtually. Faculty Members were divided into four teams, each with a mentor to discuss, work together and learn more about the Design Thinking concept through Ideation, Prototyping and Testing Phase.
The workshop ended with a Q & A session where all the queries of the faculty members were answered elaborately.
The next phase in the Impact Week 2022 Meghalaya series will be a full-day event with around 50 students from across the State on April 23, where they get to work on solving pressing issues of the state like Livelihood Creation, Pollution or Sustainable Tourism.
