Tourism and Social Welfare Minister Paul Lyngdoh today met Karnataka Deputy Chief Minister D K Shivakumar at Bengaluru to discuss various issues including welfare and security of people from Meghalaya working or studying in Karnataka.
The meeting was held at the official residence of Shivakumar. Both the Karnataka Deputy Chief Minister and Lyngdoh also presented each other with traditional dresses of the two states.
Confirming the meeting, Shivakumar in his post on X (formerly Twitter said, “Had a meaningful interaction with Sh. Paul Lyngdoh, Minister of Tourism & Social Welfare, Meghalaya at my home office, as we discussed various regional & national issues of importance.”
