The Meghalaya Pradesh Trinamool Congress Committee has appointed Aloysius Papang as State General Secretary of the party.
Papang belongs to the 7th Batch cadre of Meghalaya Finance Service and voluntarily retired as Financial Adviser, Government of Meghalaya. He also writes poems and awarded both nationally and internationally.
He had represented India in various international platforms.
