      One arrested in Laitumkhrah blast case

      One person was arrested for his alleged involvement in the IED blast at Laitumkhrah today.

      Assistant Inspector General of Police (A), GK Iangrai in a statement did not name the arrested person.

      He informed that the criminal case registered in Laitumkhrah Police Station has been transferred to Crime Branch Police Station, East Khasi Hills, Shillong (CBPS) and investigation is on.
