Current and past leaders of the Ri Bhoi Youth Federation (RBYF) met today in Umsning with the aim of forming a united voice to take the organisation forwards.
Founding RBYF general secretary RB Shadap, former presidents and members, including FM Mawphniang, CL Masharing, Doris Sulein and BB Makdoh, attended the meeting, which was chaired by former vice-president, Rocky Kylla.
Current leaders were led by sitting president Bipul Thangkhiew. The two sides discussed various issues that have been raised by the RBYF since it was created in 1979.
They unanimously decided to strengthen the organization and to continue to serve the people and try to bring in more development and improve the welfare of the people of Ri-Bhoi.
