Governor of Nagaland La Ganesan, who is on a four day official visit to Meghalaya today paid a courtesy call on the Governor of Meghalaya, Phagu Chauhan at Raj Bhavan here.
During the meeting, the governors engaged in fruitful discussions on various matters of mutual interest, including cultural exchange, regional development initiatives, and strengthening ties between Nagaland and Meghalaya.
Ganesan also visited the Rhino Heritage Museum, Shillong. He was received and conducted by Major General Amar Ramdasani, Chief of Staff, 101 Area and briefed on the achievements of the formation.
The Nagaland Governor keenly observed and appreciated the artefacts displayed in the museum. He appreciated the efforts of the formation and the upkeep of the museum, a press release said.
