Shillong, Jan 5: Buoyed by the success of the revival that took place in Nagaland in December last year, the Meghalaya Revival & Healing Festival (MRHF) will be held at Dieng Jabini Ground, Bhoirymbong, Ri-Bhoi from January 27-30, 2026.
The revival festival is being organised by the Gatekeepers (Meghalaya Chapter).
According to Crosslin Marbaniang, Convenor, MRHF, The Gatekeepers (Meghalaya Chapter), the four-day festival will be a public spiritual gathering centred on prayer, moral renewal, inner healing, peace-building, and the promotion of social harmony.
Marbaniang said that the event seeks to encourage values such as compassion, forgiveness, ethical living, unity, and concern for the wellbeing of society.
The programme will be led by Apostle Ankit Sajwan and his Monika Sajwan, along with Christian leaders and speakers from within Meghalaya and other parts of India. Sessions will focus on prayer for families, young people, community wellbeing, leadership, and peace in society.
He said that the Meghalaya Revival & Healing Festival is intended to be peaceful, non-political, and open to the public.
“All activities will be conducted with due respect for Meghalaya’s cultural diversity and social fabric. Participation is expected from different parts of Meghalaya as well as neighbouring regions,” Marbaniang said.
