Commander Shangpliang was re-elected as the president of the Meghalaya Film Makers Association (MefilMA).
Simi Khongtiang, a director with about 19 films was elected as the vice president, Lucky D Kharsatia as general secretary besides others and nine executive members.
Former vice president of the association, PK Shullet was elected as the adviser.
