All state government offices, revenue and magisterial courts and educational institutions in East Khasi Hills will be closed for a local holiday on September 18 on account of Unitarian Anniversary Day.
This was announced through an office order from the General Administration Department. The order conspicuously does not cover banks or other financial institutions.
