As the mercury dips all over North East region including Meghalaya, the India Meteorological Department (IMD) has predicted scattered showers in Sub-Himalayan West Bengal, Sikkim, Assam, Meghalaya, Nagaland, Mizoram, Manipur and Tripura from today to February 2.
The IMD also said that shallow to moderate fog may blanket some pockets of Assam, Meghalaya, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram and Tripura during the next 24 hours.
Meanwhile, Shillong today recorded a minimum temperature of 5.0 degree Celsius. Sohra recorded a minimum temperature of 8.4 degree Celsius.
