Three students of IIM, Shillong were awarded with the Aditya Birla Scholarship 2024.
The awardees are Kashish Sharma, Saagarika Bhasker Panyam, and Sampada Dubey students of PGP-2023-25
IIM Shillong in a statement today said the journey commenced in 2011 when its student secured the Scholarship for the first time, marking the beginning of a remarkable legacy.
Subsequently, 15 more students have been honoured with this prestigious scholarship, demonstrating a consistent commitment to academic brilliance and leadership within the IIM Shillong community, the statement added.
The scholarship was instituted in 1999, to honour late Aditya Vikram Birla, a visionary leader whose legacy continues to inspire the next generation of transformative leaders.
Meanwhile, IIM has also congratulated Aastha Ratti (PGP-2023-25) for securing the OP Jindal Scholarship. She emerged as one of the top 20 students from premier B-Schools in India.
The OP Jindal Engineering & Management Scholarship was instituted in 2007 as a tribute to O.P. Jindal, the founding father of the Jindal group.
