      Hindi Ulas (fortnight) was observed at ICAR, Umiam, from September 14 to 30.

      During the period, all the employees of the institution took active part in the various competitions, such as Hindi poem recitation, Hindi typing, Hindi noting and drafting, etc.

      The closing ceremony of the event was organised yesterday.
