Deputy Chief Minister Prestone Tynsong today said that he has undergone at least 32 Covid tests so far.
“I have tested negative. With this I have completed testing 31 or 32 times,” Tynsong told media persons when asked about his recent meeting with Assam Minister Pijush Hazarika who had tested positive for Covid-19.
Hazarika had been found positive of the virus yesterday. He has mild symptoms and is currently under home isolation.
Tynsong and Hazarika met at the State secretariat here on January 3 and exchanged reports submitted by their respective regional committees on inter-state boundary disputes constituted by both Meghalaya and Assam respectively.
