The State government has today informed that employees of State and Central government and those working in banks should get their car pass from their respective office.
It also said that officials and staff of the State government working in the civil secretariat and directorates should apply for a pass for their private vehicles from their respective heads of departments.
“The heads of departments may provide the list of such passes issued to the Deputy Commissioner concerned,” the government said.
Officials and staff of the office of the Deputy Commissioners and district level offices have to apply for a pass for their private vehicles from the Deputy Commissioners concerned.
Officials and staff of Central government offices and banks have to apply for a pass for their private vehicles from their respective heads of departments. The heads of departments will provide the list of such passes issued to the Deputy Commissioner concerned.
The government also said that the vehicle passes to be issued by their respective heads should carry the name, designation and the office of the concerned staff along with the name, designation and the official seal of the issuing authority.
Further, it has been advised that the passes should be issued on a weekly basis and for a time period between 9 am to 8 pm. The passes would only be used for official purposes.
