Shillong, Apr 3: The Office of the Deputy Commissioner, East Jaintia Hills District, Khliehriat, in collaboration with SPM IAS Academy, Guwahati, has announced the launch of “A Super 10 UPSC Free Online Coaching Programme” to support meritorious aspirants from the district preparing for the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) examinations.
This initiative will provide 100 per cent free online coaching by reputed faculty members of SPM IAS Academy, along with complete study materials at no cost. The programme is open to final-year students and graduates who are domiciled in or residents of East Jaintia Hills District.
Selection will be based on an entrance examination, with only the top 10 candidates qualifying to receive the programme benefits. The entrance test will focus on current affairs, particularly from March 2026, and candidates may refer to the SPM IAS Academy YouTube channel for preparation.
Interested applicants can register free of cost by calling or sending “Hi” to +91 93878-61440, after which they will receive a Google Form to complete; all submitted details will be subject to verification.
The last date for registration is April 15 2026, and the entrance examination is scheduled for April 24, 2026.
