The Constitutional Rights Forum has filed an FIR with police against a teacher in Resubelpara Boys Secondary School for allegedly beating a Class 7 student.
The student, according to the complaint, was hit for not being able to read out a Hindi text in class properly.
The teacher was named as Tengme G Momin. The forum also claimed that she had struck four other students and threatened them with expulsion when they shared a photo of the first boys’ swollen hands.
