The Jaiñtia Hills Development Society (JHDS) and the KHUBLEI Germany have come together to aid a poor family in Iangkar Nongjngi, West Jaiñtia Hills District by constructing a brand new house for them.
All the construction expenses were borne by Petra Mayer of Germany.
The house to the family of Maria Sumer was handed over today in the presence of the rangbah shnong, members of JHDS, Head Catechist of Mynsngat Parish Hamkom Pale and others.
JHDC Director Fr. Manbha Pakem conducted the prayer service.
